David Thomas Broughton has been astounding audiences around the UK for over 3 years now with his mesmerising improv, loop, song, comedy art weirdness. He's also toured in the US. where he played with Doveman, which is the project of Thomas Bartlett, New York's most in-demand pianist (Antony and the Johnsons, Bebel Gilberto, The National, Martha Wainwright, Yoko Ono).

Doveman makes silent haunting songs you just want to listen to in dusty winebars... Sam Amidon, from Vermont, plays in Doveman but also produces some of his own inimitable takes on classic appalachian folk music, a style his family is steeped in to the core.
